All fundraising events for the NJ Fallen Firefighter's Memorial in 2009 were very successful! Thank you to everyone that participated!
2010 Events
The NJ Fire Museum is planning to attend many of the following shows in 2010:
April 11, Rifle Camp Fire Co, Expo and Flea Market at Memorial School Gymnasium, McBride Ave & Memorial Drive, Woodland Park (aka West Paterson). 10AM to 4PM. The NJ Fallen Firefighter’s Memorial plans to sell T-shirts at this event! For more info visit www.wpfd-ridgerunners.net.
April 17, Allentown, PA, Spring Melt Flea Market at the Allentown Fairgrounds, Agricultural Hall, 17th St. and Chew St. Opens at 9 AM, $ contribution for admission. We have applied for a space.
May 1, Titusville, NJ, Annual “Spirit of the Jerseys” State History Fair 11AM-5PM at Washington Crossing State Park, Route 29 Titusville, just North of Trenton, NJ. Period games, crafts, living history, food, music, vintage fire apparatus and bucket brigade for children. For more info, check out the Spirit of the Jerseys web page.

June 6, Motorcycle Poker Run and Bike Show. (Rain Date: June 13) This event by the NJ Knights of the Inferno was a big success in 2009, raising over $4,000 for the Memorial. Please, bring your antique fire truck to the show at the end of the poker run to support their effort! More details at a later date. To enter a bike, download the form, and send it to the address on the form.
June ??, Newark, NJ, Muster and Parade at The Newark Museum, 49 Washington Street, Newark. Start time 11AM. Parade 1PM. No registration fee. All antique apparatus welcomed! For info, call John Sicignano, Newark Fire Department Historical Association at (973) 699-7185.
June 27, Jamesburg, NJ, Muster and Flea Market - 10AM at Thompson Park, Forsgate Drive & Perrineville Rd (Middlesex County). Just off exit 8A of the NJ Turnpike. Tri Counties Fire Association. The NJ Fallen Firefighter’s Memorial is planning to have a table at this event!
June 30, Somerset Patriots game. Buy your tickets thru us, and a percentage of the ticket price will be put toward construction of the memorial. Mark your calendars! An order form will be posted as soon as it is available.
July 27, Phillies game. Buy your tickets thru us, and a percentage of the ticket price will be put toward construction of the memorial. Mark your calendars! An order form will be posted as soon as it is available.
